True I never post anything on this blog anymore. True that this has already been posted all over the place. However, I want to get the views on this thing as high as possible. So watch it, tell your friends.
So I've decided that I am very eager to see the much ballyhooed Justice on October 20th. They've put out the best straight dance album of the year (Dan Deacon falling somewhere between quirk-pop, noise rock and dance is out of the running) and post Daft Punk I'm really terribly excited to have a more directly engaging French electronic experience.
The other thing is of course the defining buzz. How can one possibly not want to be at this show?!
Tickets go on sale today. The show is at the brand new Terminal 5. They cost $25. It starts pretty early for a Saturday night dance show(7pm).
P.S: This show is sadly a Ticketmaster event. Echk.
So, the second Saturday of every month I play music at Cargo Cafe. Cargo is a wonderful bar and eatery that has a late night menu and an excellent clientele.
I start at 11pm and I go really late. Plus it's a five minute walk to the Staten Island Ferry!
Earlier today Pitchfork posted this video in their Fork-cast section. For some reason it has disapeared, but I think the video and Justice themselves are awesome. As such I've reposted the darn thing... Justice "D.A.N.C.E."
