System Maintenance

I recieved a message when I went to pay a bill at this late hour.

"Unfortunately, due to system maintenance, we are unable to access your account at this time.

Please return to www.studentloan.com anytime after 5:00 a.m. Eastern Time to access your account."

Okay, well that's a shame but at least it's polite and things should be back up soon. But then they take this leap

"If you are receiving this message after 5:00 a.m. Eastern Time, please check back in two hours."

They can't even put up a fresh screen?!

They added and this always seems condescending to me...

"Thank you."
