An Excellent Album Cover: Thom Yorke The Eraser

Thom Yorke's The Eraser is now at the top of my list of most anticipated albums this year. I was thrilled today to discover that it may have the best album cover of the year.

Brian Eno and David Byrne "America is Waiting"

Today, (assuming I can shake some of my allergie rediculousness) I'll be seeing cut and paste/electro organic sensations The Books. I'm quite convinced that I wouldn't be doing this if Brian Eno and David Byrne hadn't made there 1981 landmark album My Life In The Bush Of Ghosts. Thankfully they did and I can listen to crazy layers of wicky noises and clips sampled from all over the media spectrum. Thanks guys.
