Isaac Brock seems to be a minister of cynicism. The problem, one might assume, with that possition is you'd tend to be kind of a buzzkill. Indeed, Mr. Brock can occasionally be a buzzkill. But, when he's not killing buzzes he's having fun with his low expectations -as he does in "Life Like Weeds"- of the world loathing his miserable existance with more than a bit of a shit eating grin on.
